Düsseldorf International Airport

This airport with flights from many international destinations is about 60km form Xanten.

Weeze Airport

This local airport has regular flights to London-Stansted, Birmingham and Edinburgh and is only 20km from Xanten.

"Der Niederrheiner"

There is an hourly train shuttle between Xanten and Duisburg. From Xanten Station you can get to most parts of the town on the Stadtbus. Bus number 42, in particular, links the tourist sights and the leisure facilities.

The shuttle service between Xanten and Bislich operates on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 10a.m. to 7p.m.
